Dear Parents/Carers

We would like to notify you of an increase in our session rate which will take effect from September 1st 2010. Our current hourly rate is £3.00 per hour and this will increase to £3.20 per hour. The lunch period will increase from £1.50 to £1.60.

We have carefully considered this and have no choice but to increase our rates as all our costs are steadily increasing and we have to be able to pay for them. The Club Room committee have recently announced an increase in our rent and this has to be reflected in the fees that we charge. Furthermore, due to an increase in numbers we have just recruited a new member of staff who will start in September 2010 and as such our wages will increase.
